You’ve launched Google, typed “jobs near me,” and spent weeks perusing the suggested job listings on LinkedIn, and Monster.com. You’ve found a couple of jobs that interest you and notice that you meet all of the listed qualifications. You immediately submit your resume but never receive a response. What gives?
